This website is operated by Wunder Realty LLC, doing business as Wunder Realty & Construction. It provides general information about our services, projects, service area, construction insights and a way to submit project information.

No construction contract created by the website

Submitting a project inquiry, receiving a phone call, scheduling a site visit or viewing website content does not create a construction contract, guarantee availability, reserve a start date or obligate Wunder to perform work. Construction services are governed only by a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.

Estimates, budgets and project information

Any website examples, educational cost discussions, preliminary conversations or budget ranges are general information unless a formal written estimate or proposal states otherwise. Actual project pricing depends on scope, plans, site conditions, selections, quantities, permitting, engineering, market conditions and other project-specific factors.
