Thoughtful changes. Connected spaces.

A better home begins with a clear plan.

Major remodeling exposes existing structure, old systems, hidden conditions and sequencing conflicts. The builder's job is to define what can be known, plan for what cannot, and keep the trades moving in the right order.

Typical project scopes

More than one room. More than one trade.

01

Whole-Home Renovation

Coordinated remodeling across multiple rooms, systems and finish packages.

02

Home Additions

New conditioned or covered space tied structurally and visually into the existing home.

03

Layout Changes

Wall removal, framing changes, door/window relocation and circulation improvements.

04

Major Interior Rebuilds

Water-damage, outdated-system or investor renovation scopes requiring multiple trades.

Budget control

Scope clarity is the first cost-control tool.

Renovations go sideways when pricing assumes conditions that have never been verified or when dozens of owner decisions remain undefined. We separate known scope from allowances and unknown conditions so the project can be managed instead of guessed at.

Known Scope

Defined work that can be estimated from plans, measurements, specifications and visible conditions.

Allowances

Selections or quantities that are not final but can be carried transparently until chosen.

Unknown Conditions

Concealed or existing conditions that cannot be responsibly promised before demolition or investigation.

Change Control

New work is documented before it quietly becomes part of the original scope.

Common questions

Before renovation starts.

Can we live in the house during construction?

Sometimes, but the answer depends on the scope, access, utilities, dust containment and how much of the home is affected. We address occupancy during planning rather than assuming it will work.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

When permits are required for the project, the builder coordinates the applicable permitting and inspection process as part of the construction plan.

Can you work from an architect or designer's plans?

Yes. We can build from prepared plans and can also identify when additional structural or design information is needed before pricing or construction.

Do you take smaller remodeling projects?

Yes, depending on the scope, location and schedule. Share what you need done and we will discuss whether Wunder is the right fit and what the next step should be.
