If you choose to upload files, this may also include project photographs, plans, drawings, engineering, inspection reports or similar project materials.

The website or its service providers may also process standard technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser/device information, referring pages, session information and basic usage data. Additional analytics may be enabled after launch to help us understand website performance.

How we use information

We use submitted information to evaluate your project, contact you, prepare for a consultation or site visit, provide estimates or proposals, manage follow-up, improve our services, operate the website, prevent abuse and maintain business records.

Service providers

We use Jotform to collect submissions and optional files, Make to route submissions, and Google Workspace to store records and send email. We may also use other service providers that help us host the website, provide analytics or otherwise operate the site and communicate with prospective clients. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or as permitted by law.

Sale of personal information

Wunder does not sell website project-intake information to advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for project follow-up, business records, legal obligations, dispute prevention and legitimate business purposes. Uploaded files are treated as private project-intake records and are not published on the website unless Wunder separately confirms the project, source and permission for public use. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking construction, renovation or real-estate-related services and is not directed to children under 13.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites such as Google, social platforms or Alabama licensing resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
